This Privacy Policy explains, in plain English, what happens to your information while you explore subjects, moods and details. The Blank Canvas: What We Don't Collect

Artivo has no user accounts and no sign-in. We don't ask for your name, email address, phone number or password. We never receive your payment card details, because Apple handles all payments. We don't build a personal profile of you.

The Paint We Do Use: What We Collect

To create an image, the app sends your text prompt and generation settings to our servers, and sends the resulting image back to you. We also process limited technical and purchase-related information, such as whether you have an active subscription and basic app usage events, so we can unlock the features you paid for and understand how the app is used. Please don't put personal or sensitive information about yourself or anyone else into your prompts.

Our Own Studio Backstage: Where Generations Happen

Your prompts are turned into images on the developer's own backend. We don't hand your prompts to a separate image-generation provider. We use what you submit to produce your images and keep the service running smoothly and safely.

The Supporting Cast: Third-Party Services

We work with two named partners. Apple App Store: distributes the app and processes all purchases and subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple's own privacy policy governs the information Apple collects when you buy. Adapty: helps us manage subscriptions. When it is used, Adapty tracks subscription status and related analytics, such as purchases, renewals and trial activity, so we know what you have access to and how our offers perform. Adapty processes this information under its own privacy terms.

Money Matters: Purchases and Subscriptions

All purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple. We receive confirmation of your purchase status, not your card or billing details. Adapty, when used, tracks that subscription status and the related analytics on our behalf.

How Long We Keep Things

We keep prompts, generated images and subscription-related information only for as long as we need them to provide the service, support your purchases, and meet any legal obligations. After that, we delete them or make them anonymous.

Your Rights: Access and Deletion

You can ask us what information we hold that relates to you, and you can ask us to delete it. Because there are no accounts, we may need some details from you, such as the approximate time of a generation or purchase information, to find the right data. Information that Apple or Adapty hold under their own policies can also be requested from them directly.
