These Terms of Use are the house rules of the Artivo studio, operated by Artivo AI Image Generator. They cover how you may use the app that turns your text prompts into AI-generated images. They're written to be read, not skimmed past. Effective date: 2026-10-29.

Step Inside = You Agree

By downloading, opening or using Artivo AI Image Generator, you accept these Terms. If you don't agree, please put down the brush and stop using the app.

Your Studio Pass: Licence to Use

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control. You may use it to experiment with prompts and create images, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store rules. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app itself.

Create Boldly, Not Badly: Acceptable Use

Go wild with subjects, moods and details, but don't use Artivo to make or share content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative of minors, defamatory, or that infringes anyone else's rights. Don't try to break, overload, scrape or misuse our backend. Don't use the app to impersonate real people in a misleading way. We may limit or end access for anyone who abuses the studio.

Who Owns the Masterpiece

The app, including its design, code, branding and features, belongs to Artivo AI Image Generator and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your prompts are yours. As between you and us, you own the images you generate, to the extent the law allows. You grant us the limited permission we need to process your prompts and deliver your images. You're responsible for how you use your creations, and for making sure your prompts and uses don't infringe anyone else's rights. AI output can sometimes resemble existing works or other users' results, so we can't promise that every image is unique.

Subscriptions, Billing, Renewal and Cancellation

Paid features are sold through the Apple App Store using Apple In-App Purchase. Apple charges your Apple ID, and Apple's terms apply to the transaction. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Imagination Has Limits: No Warranties

Artivo is provided "as is" and "as available." AI generation is creative and unpredictable, so we don't guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any image will be accurate, suitable or exactly what you pictured. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Artivo AI Image Generator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits or goodwill, that arise from your use of the app or the images you create. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Fresh Coats of Paint: Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the studio evolves. When we do, we'll update the effective date and make the new version available in the app or on our App Store listing. If you keep using Artivo after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
